* Not responsible for clerical errors on this website.  Any errors will be corrected as soon as found.

*  Pricing can change at any time without notice.

*  Corey's Arms and Ammo has the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

*  All pictures are a reasonable depiction of models in stock and for sale.  Not responsible for manufacturers changes on ordered items.

*  All Ammo sales are final, returns not excepted.  We also have the right to limit quantities being sold.

*  Manufacturers are responsible for product warranties, Corey's Arms and Ammo will work with the customer to contact manufacturers, but that is the extend of our liability.

*  It is the responsibility of the Customer to fill out and submit warranty cards as soon as possible after the purchase.

*  Customer is responsible for all shipping, or labor fees from manufacturer for repairs. 

*  Any shipped Firearms need to be sent directly to a FFL holder.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide information on the license holder being shipped too, and to pay any transfer fees required to that licensee.

*  There is a 3% transaction fee for the use of credit cards, and that fee is not refundable once processed.
